How do I place a stock order using SalesNet?
Placing an order through SalesNet is simple!
Once you have logged into SalesNet, on the site header click on NEW ORDER > Stock Order to browse the catalogues available to order from.
Click on the catalogue and simply select the products to bring up sizes and colours available in stock. To submit the order, click Review Order > Submit.

How do I place an indent order using SalesNet?
Once you have logged into SalesNet click on NEW ORDER > Indent Order to browse the catalogues available to order from. Click on the catalogue and simply select the products to bring up sizes and colours available.
You also have the option to select multiple styles and edit the quantities after your product selection is done. To submit the order, click Review Order > Submit.

How can I place a back order?
You can now place a "backorder" for available stock that we have arriving in the future. The available date is an estimated date that the stock will be available. Please note: This date does vary as we are subject to elements outside our control throughout the shipping timeline.

How do I edit or review an unsubmitted order?
If you have an order that has not been submitted, you can access UNSUBMITTED orders on the site header.
Here, you can edit, delete or submit the order by clicking on the icon on the right side of the screen.
To delete the order click on Delete. If you would like to edit or review, click on View.
You will be brought to the catalogue you ordered from where you can add more styles.
If you don’t want to edit but still want to submit the order, click on Review Order and then Submit.

How can I approve a buy plan?
If your sales executive has created a buy plan for you, you will be sent an email for approval before the order can be submitted.

How can I view and pay for an order?
You can check the status of your orders in ACCOUNT on the site header.
You can pay an invoice via credit card by clicking on the relevant invoice.
Tick the invoice you would like to pay then click on Pay Invoice. If you have any outstanding credits, this will be made available where you will have the option to settle your invoices by ticking it.
If you don’t wish to use the credit, you can use it at a later date. Click on Pay Now and this will bring you to the Braintree payment. Enter your credit card details and click on Pay.Click here for a quick tutorial on this process!

How can I download the retailer assets?
There are retailer assets available to download for each Indent catalogue!
Click on the catalogue and the first product will be called “Download”.
Click into this and there will be a link which will bring you to a dropbox folder containing all of the downloads we have available.
