Why haven't I received my order confirmation?
Once you place an order, your confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
It can sometimes land in your junk mail, so be sure to check in there first!

How do I print, email and view an invoice or a credit note?
You can now print, email and view your invoices & credit notes on SalesNet!
Simply click on "Account" in the header.
Here you'll see all your past orders, invoices, returns & credits.
The print an invoice, click on the "Invoice" tab and search for the one you want, and click into it.
To email, click on "Email official invoice" and enter in your details.
To print, click on "Print friendly".
